Community-based program offering eligible applicants a low income access to safe, fair and affordable credit. Minimum of $300 up to maximum of $1,500 can be granted for essential household goods and services.
Eligible applicants must meet the following criteria:-
a) Have a Health Care Card/Pension Card or be on low income
b) Need to purchase an essential item for their household
c) Have lived at the current address for at least 3 months
d) Show willingness and capacity to repay the loan over 12 to 18 months
